We do not provide refunds for any reason, including, but not limited to, customer dissatisfaction or failure to use any available features.2.2 Cancellation of SaaS Dives Pro Plan: SaaS Dives Pro customers agree to cancel their plan in one of the following ways:Online Cancellation: You can cancel your SaaS Dives Pro Plan online through our customer portal by clicking here. This customer portal is linked in our SaaS Dives Pro newsletter footers as "Manage Pro Plan" and on our website's menu as "Account".Letter Cancellation: Alternatively, you can cancel your SaaS Dives Pro Plan by sending a letter with your cancellation request to 2804 Antwerp Circle, Modesto, CA 95356 USA.Canceling your SaaS Dives Pro Pro, either through using our customer portal or by sending us a letter, gives you access to "SaaS Dives Pro" until the end of your billing period.2.3 Unsubscribing from Email List: Using the "Unsubscribe" link in any of our email footers removes you from our emailing list but does not affect your SaaS Dives Pro Plan.3. User Conduct3.1 Account Suspension and Termination: Violation of these Terms of Service may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account. Such actions will not entitle you to a refund of any kind.4. Modification and Termination4.1 Changes to TOS: We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
